Renovating Van Ness Avenue

The ongoing Van Ness Avenue improvement project requires many hands and skills to see through to fruition.

Bauman Landscape & Construction, Inc. is proud to provide work for the curbs and aprons, in addition to several sidewalks along Van Ness Avenue. Using volumetric concrete mixers allows us to adjust as the job dictates yet always delivering the highest quality concrete possible. 

Once completed, pedestrian and vehicle traffic will enjoy many new and updated features, including:

• Brighter, more energy efficient streetlights;

• An updated sewer system designed to withstand a major earthquake; and

• Pedestrian-focused sidewalk extensions and painted crosswalks.

Completion of the $309 million, two-mile project is expected in 2021.
