We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, motivated individual who is eager to make a positive impact by working as a part of our team.
Willing to complete and be responsible for all administrative tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities Include:
Answer and direct phone calls
Open and distribute daily mails
Report insurance claims (workers compensation, auto and etc.
Assist project managers with project bid related materials (submittals, subcontractor information and print drawings)
Maintain and update field equipment documentation (DMV registrations, insurance certificates)
Handle new hire documentations and assist on-boarding
Maintain clean and safe office environment
Order and maintain office supplies
Perform other tasks and assist other departments as needed
Requirements:
1-2 years office experience is required
Tech savvy, familiar with iPads, iPhones and IP phone system
Computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
Multi-tasking with attention to detail
Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team
Good communication skills and organizational Skills
Motivated and will-do attitude
Insurance/Workers comp experience is a plus
Construction background is a plus
Accounts Payable Experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
